Is Sportsnet+ available outside of Canada?
Sportsnet+ is only available for streaming while you are physically located in Canada. If you're attempting to access content while outside of the country, you will not be able to stream Sportsnet+ programming.
Why can't I stream outside of Canada?
Due to regional content rights and licensing agreements, streaming Sportsnet+ is restricted to users located within Canada. This means that even if you have an active subscription, you won’t be able to access content while traveling internationally or using a non-Canadian IP address.
Can I use a VPN to access Sportsnet+ while outside of Canada?
Use of VPNs or other location-masking technologies to access Sportsnet+ from outside of Canada is not supported. For the best experience, we recommend streaming from within Canada.
What if I'm temporarily outside of Canada?
We understand that subscribers may travel, but unfortunately, streaming will be unavailable while you're outside of the country. Once you're back in Canada, you'll be able to access your Sportsnet+ subscription as usual.
Why am I seeing a location restriction message?
If you're in Canada but still seeing an error about your location, it may be due to your device or network appearing to be outside of Canada. This can sometimes happen when using a VPN, proxy service, or certain mobile or satellite internet providers.
