I have a valid in-app purchase subscription but the channels are not unlocking or restore purchase button is not available
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the Sportsnet app for iOS or Apple TV from iTunes
- Perform a “Restore purchase” to see if this re-enables your subscription
- Check your Sportsnet+ subscription is still valid in iTunes:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. Note: You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
- Tap on Sportsnet+ –validate your subscription is still active
