Who is eligible for this offer?
The Sportsnet+ Standard offer is available to Rogers wireless customers who:
- Got the 5G Infinite Popular, Ultimate or Ultimate VIP plan between April 15 and September 30, 2025
- Don’t have the account holder subscribed to Sportsnet+ or have access to Sportsnet through Rogers Xfinity
- Have a valid email address on file associated with your mobile account
Which Sportsnet+ plan does this offer apply to? When will the free service begin?
This offer only applies to Sportsnet+ Standard monthly plan. Promo period starts when you activate your Sportsnet+ account. The free service will be active for 3 months.
Where and how do I redeem my Sportsnet+ promo code?
You can only be redeem promo codes via https://www.sportsnetplus.ca/. They can’t be redeemed via third-party providers (Apple, Google, Amazon, or Amazon Prime Video).
Allow up to 4 calendar days after confirmation of your mobile order to get the email with your promo code. It’ll be sent to the email address associated with your mobile account.
To redeem your promo code:
- In the email with the promo code, select Activate Now
- Select the Monthly tab and then select Standard

4. Create a password
5. Enter your promo code on the billing page and select apply
6. Fill out your credit card information and select complete purchase

What happens after the promo period? Will I be automatically renewed into a Sportsnet+ Standard subscription?
If you don’t cancel your subscription before the promo period ends, your Sportsnet+ Standard Monthly Plan will auto-renew every month. The monthly price (CAD $24.99/mo + taxes) will be charged to your credit card. You’ll be notified via email at least 7 days before your promo period ends. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
What happens if I already have an active Sportsnet+ subscription or Sportsnet through my Rogers Xfinity package?
If your wireless account holder already has Sportsnet access through Sportsnet+ or Rogers Xfinity, you won’t receive a Sportsnet+ promo code after signing up for an eligible wireless plan.
However, if the mobile account holder doesn’t have Sportsnet access either through Sportsnet+ or Rogers Xfinity, you’ll receive a Sportsnet+ promo code by email after signing up for an eligible mobile plan. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your 3 months of free Sportsnet+ Standard.
If I activate multiple lines on the eligible plans, will I get multiple promo codes (i.e. one for each line)?
You’ll get a promo code for each line you activate as long as the account holder:
- Haven’t redeemed their promo code OR
- Doesn’t have Sportsnet access through Sportsnet+ or Rogers Xfinity.
How long do I have to redeem my promo code?
You have until December 31, 2025 to redeem your promo code.
What happens if my promo code doesn’t work?

Can I upgrade to Sportsnet+ Premium during the free promo period?
No, you can’t upgrade to Sportsnet+ Premium during the free promo period.
What if I change my mobile plan during the promo period? Will I lose my Sportsnet+ access?
No. If you’ve redeemed your promo code, you’ll have access to Sportsnet+ until the end of the promo period.
Will I see Sportsnet+ Standard on my Rogers bill? Will I get a bill from Sportsnet?
No, Sportsnet+ Standard won’t be on your Rogers bill. You also won’t get a bill from Sportsnet if you cancelled your subscription before the promo period ends.
What shows up when I log into my Sportsnet+ account?
There’ll be a message that you’re enjoying free access to Sportsnet+. If you visit watch.sportsnet.ca, you’ll find that Standard tier content is available to stream.
How many devices can stream Sportsnet+ at the same time?
You can stream on two different devices at the same time with one Sportsnet+ account.
