You will need to download both the Sportsnet and Citytv+ apps to stream content. The login you created upon purchase will be used to access both apps.

How do I manage my Bundle plan subscription?
If you have purchased the Bundle via Sportsnet+, you will manage your subscription via your Sportsnet account page.
If I have an existing Sportsnet+ subscription, can I purchase the Bundle plan?
For existing subscribers who have purchased a subscription plan via In-App Purchase in the Apple, Google or Amazon app stores or third-party:
The Bundle is currently unavailable via in-app purchase. At the end of your subscription bill cycle, you can resubscribe to the Bundle here.
For existing Monthly Standard or Monthly Premium subscribers who purchased directly through Sportsnet+:
You can change your plan to the Bundle via your Sportsnet account page.
Switching to the Bundle plan gives you immediate access to Sportsnet+ Standard and Citytv+ content. Customers who switch to the Bundle plan mid-term will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of their monthly subscription and will be charged in full for the Bundle.
For existing Standard Annual or Premium Annual who purchased directly through Sportsnet+:
The Bundle is only available for monthly subscribers. Once you reach the end of your annual bill cycle, you will have the opportunity to purchase the Bundle.
Can I cancel one subscription but keep the other?
No, both Sportsnet+ and Citytv+ are tied together in this Bundle and cancelation will result in ending your subscription to both services. You can always still subscribe to either Sportsnet+ or Citytv+ services individually.
If you cancel your Bundle subscription mid-term, you will continue to receive access to both services until your term end date.
Can I apply a promo code to this Bundle?
Yes, promo codes are supported for this Bundle. Please follow the redemption steps provided with your promo code to successfully activate your subscription.
