I subscribe to Sportsnet in my TV package - how do I access Sportsnet+ exclusive content?
Customers who have Sportsnet included in their TV package can access content that is streaming exclusively on Sportsnet+. Eligible customers can purchase the TV provider add-on for $12.99+tax/month.
Am I eligible to purchase access to the Sportsnet+ exclusive content?
Customers with participating TV providers who have Sportsnet channels as part of their TV package are eligible to purchase the TV provider add-on.
I’m a Rogers or Shaw TV customer, do I need the add-on subscription?
Rogers, Rogers West and Shaw Direct customers who have Sportsnet in their TV package will receive access to this content and do not need to purchase the add-on to stream exclusive Sportsnet+ content.
How do I purchase the add-on?
**Coming Soon** The add-on subscription will be available to purchase beginning September 15.
In advance of September 15, TV provider customers can link their TV provider account to a Sportsnet account and turn on communications to stay up to date on Sportsnet+ content. Login and link your account here.
How do I watch the exclusive games on Sportsnet+ with my add-on subscription?
After purchasing the add-on, download the Sportsnet app on your preferred device, login using your TV provider credentials and begin streaming.

Your TV provider login credentials to stream on Sportsnet+ will be the same ones used to view your online monthly bill through your provider’s website.

I’ve purchased the add-on but don’t have access to the content on my device?
If you have recently made the add-on purchase, you may need to logout and log back in to Sportsnet+ on your device to access content. Please ensure you are using your TV provider account credentials to login.
If I remove Sportsnet channels from my TV package, will I still have access to the add-on?
No. You must subscribe to the Sportsnet channels as part of your TV package to purchase and keep the TV provider add-on subscription. If you cancel your Sportsnet channel subscription, or you have not logged in with your TV provider credentials for 60 days to validate your entitlements, you will receive 30 days’ notice to advise you of the upcoming cancellation of your monthly TV provider add-on subscription.
