When I try to purchase the add-on, I receive a message that I am not currently eligible – why is that?

I’m a Rogers Xfinity TV, Rogers Digital TV, Shaw Legacy TV or Shaw Direct customer and when I try to purchase the add-on, I receive a message that I am not currently eligible – why is that?
Rogers, Rogers West and Shaw Direct customers on certain plans already receive the Sportsnet+ exclusive content as part of their TV package.
If your current TV package doesn't include Sportsnet, you can upgrade to the Plus TV or Ultimate TV plan.
Rogers Internet customers can subscribe to Sportsnet+ as a streaming add-on. More information on how to subscribe here.
For Rogers Xfinity TV customers, say “Sportsnet” into your voice remote and either:
- Download the Rogers Xfinity Stream app and sign in using your MyRogers credentials
- Download the Sportsnet app or sign in at watch.sportsnet.ca using your MyRogers credentials.
Upon logging in to either app, the exclusive content will be available to stream.
For Rogers Digital TV customers, download the Sportsnet app or sign in at watch.sportsnet.ca using your MyRogers credentials. Sportsnet+ channels aren't available on the set-top box.
For Shaw Legacy TV and Shaw Direct, customers receive access to Sportsnet+ exclusive content through the Rogers Xfinity Stream app or the Sportsnet+ app, or by signing in at sportsnetplus.ca using your MyRogers (Shaw) credentials. With Shaw Direct, this access is available for 12 months only.
